Myths ‘n’ Gifts Fairies
Posted by PhAnMaLe on Sep 3, 2009
The word fairy (also fay, fey, faery, faerie) derives from the term fae of medieval Western European folklore and romance. “Fae-ery” was therefore everything that appertains to the “fae“. Finally the word replaced its original and one could speak of “a faery or fairy”, though the word fey is still used as an adjective or to refer to the word fairy as a plural.
As it holds a great dominance in the mythical world, Myths ‘n’ Gifts are pleased to bring you fairies from manufacturers including Nemesis Now and varying inspiration from artists such as Jasmine Becket-Griffith, Molly Harrison and Jessica Galbreth and most recently added Aly Fell. We hope you like our fairy selection!
